Premises, H&S and IT Manager £26,317 FTE

Required for January 2020 - New Town Primary School, Reading, RG1 3LS

Premises, Health & Safety and IT Manager (ADMIN ROLE - managing the staff members who complete the tasks for these areas.)


The role is for 30 hours working within the school Admin Team and alongside the Head's PA/Office Manager and will support the admin team when required. 


The main focus of the role is supporting and leading the Caretaker and IT Technician to fulfil their roles and that the school is compliant with H&S. 


Full training can be given on this area. Quotes will be required for improvements to the school such as re painting etc and a review of contracts undertaken each year to ensure best value for money. 


The role also manages HR administration and incudes updating HR information on the school system and liaising with staff members on HR queries. 


You will work collaboratively with the staff in similar roles across the Trust to support each other and for professional development.


Up to 30 hours per week (Could be 4 or 5 days depending on candidate)

Term time only plus 5 inset days and 5 days’ work within the school holiday periods across the year.
