BST are recruiting both NQTs and experienced teachers for September 2020 in our member schools.

Berkshire Schools Trust is a growing and forward thinking Multi-Academy Trust focused on schools within the East Reading area. We comprise of 3 Academies: St John’s CE Primary School, New Town Primary School and New Christ Church Primary School.  Our vision is to remain community led building on the unique characteristics of our schools, whilst also ensuring that we work together within the Trust to share expertise and develop best practice.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, hardworking and dedicated school team within a driven MAT, which is working at the heart of our community. 

We have teaching roles for ambitious NQTs and experienced class teachers looking for a new, exciting challenge. Leadership opportunities may be available for the right applicant.

You will have the skills, enthusiasm and commitment to deliver outstanding lessons. You will demonstrate and share best practice in Teaching and Learning to improve pupils’ engagement, understanding and progress.
